Terms and Conditions

Website and Consultation Requests

Smart Marketing TX provides marketing services for contractors and home-service businesses. This website describes our services and allows you to request information. Submitting a form requests a conversation; it does not reserve an appointment or start a paid service. We confirm consultation arrangements directly.

Services and Pricing

Before paid work begins, we agree with you on the services, deliverables, setup requirements, fees, and any ongoing support. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, and telephone or messaging usage are separate only when specified in your proposal. A separate written service agreement governs purchased services.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content you have the right to use, and authorized access to the accounts needed for the agreed work. We do not guarantee search positions, review ratings, lead volume, sales, or third-party approvals. Results depend on your market, your business operations, and factors outside our control.

Smart Marketing TX SMS Program

Our chat widget offers separate consent choices for informational and transactional messages and for promotional messages. If you agree to informational and transactional messages, Smart Marketing TX may text you about consultation requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your inquiries. If you separately agree to promotional messages, we may text you about Smart Marketing TX promotions and service updates. Each choice is optional and is not required to request a consultation or buy services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which the program will stop sending text messages. To rejoin, provide fresh consent using our chat widget. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@SmartMarketingTX.com, or call 972-571-5955.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not an emergency service and delivery is not guaranteed.
